We want you to love your books from Big Agua Press. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns & Refunds
Because our books are printed in small batches and often signed, we do not accept returns for change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
However, we happily replace or refund books that arrive:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
- Whether you prefer a replacement or refund
We’ll take care of it quickly.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as they have not shipped.
Once an order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package has not arrived within 14 days of shipment, email us and we will help track it.
If USPS confirms it as lost, we will issue a replacement or refund.
International Orders
We are currently shipping to U.S. addresses only.
International shipping will be added in the future.
